Service Fees

Service Fees

Fees for confirmed clients at the Clinic for Educational Supports will be collected on the first day of service. Payment will be submitted online through our secure system.

Children/Adolescents:

  • Psychological/Psychoeducational Evaluation: $1,000

  • Autism Evaluation: $1,000

Evaluation includes multiple testing days, an intake, and a feedback session. We currently do not accept insurance; however, we are actively working toward offering this option in the future.

Payment is due at the time of service. We will provide you as much as possible to assist you in insurance reimbursement. If these fees are a challenge, you’re welcome to request a fee reduction or a payment plan by contacting the Clinic Director. We're here to work with you to ensure you receive the support you need.

If the button below does not work, please copy and paste the full URL into your browser:  https://commerce.cashnet.com/csumb_E016S. This will take you to the "Clinic for Educational Supports" payment page.

Fees Reduction

We understand that the cost of assessments can be a concern, so we offer scholarships to help make our services more affordable. Scholarships are available based on factors like your family’s income and whether you’re a CSUMB student. Sometimes, the fee may also be adjusted depending on the purpose of the evaluation and the tests used. Any changes to the standard fee will be noted below.

Scholarship Options

We offer two levels of scholarships: a 50% reduction and a 25% reduction for those who meet the criteria.

50% Scholarship Criteria

To qualify for a 50% fee reduction, please provide documentation for one of the following:

  • CSUMB Student: Current enrollment required.

  • Income Below Current HHS Poverty Guidelines: Provide a copy Medi-Cal enrollment letter.

25% Scholarship Criteria
